Contents must be returned prepaid in the shipping tube in which they were originally shipped (refund does not include shipping and handling). Contents must be undamaged and considered in re-salable condition as determined by printerproofs.com for the refund to apply. All prints must be returned. Should the product be damaged it will be returned to the purchaser “shipping collect” without a refund being given.
